Are you looking to find more steadiness and ease in your yoga practice and/or everyday life?
Discover the ease that underlies transformation. In this workshop you will be invited to discover the anatomical, kinesthetic and energetic relationships within your body, and between the body and breath. We will explore pathways of weight through bones and ligaments and create balanced joint space through guided somatizations and posture work. Ultimately creating groundwork of developmental repatterning to promote clarity in body and mind.
Chandra Lovejoy has been teaching yoga since 2010 and is passionate about a practice of Self inquiry and growth. This workshop is based on her study with Amy Matthews and Body-Mind Centering® “an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness. Developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, it is an experiential study based on the embodiment and application of anatomical, physiological, psychophysical and developmental principles, utilizing movement, touch, voice and mind. The study of Body-Mind Centering® is a creative process in which embodiment of the material is explored in the context of self-discovery and openness.”
